I am a researcher, a weaver, a singer, a teacher, a knitter, and a widow. I live in Maryland, but have plans to move West in the future. I garden a bit. I’d like to make a second career of genealogy. Right now I am researching “the long 16th century” — the history of modernization in Europe.
